About Penguin Consulting Group
Penguin Consulting Group was founded in 2008 to focus on helping small business owners turn their dreams into successful reality. Using our years of business leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operations, we provide consultative services to small businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada, assisting small business owners start new businesses and grow existing companies.
Our president, Chris Newsom, received his MBA from Northern Illinois University and leads Penguin Consulting group after 15+ years in senior management roles in the retail and insurance industries. Chris has also been a small business owner, providing customer service consulting and training for retailers opening new locations, and running a website devoted to consumer reviews of products sold on television infomercials.

We understand that small businesses typically have a limited budget, especially during the start-up phase. Our goal is to help small business owners succeed, and our pricing model offers experienced consulting services that are affordable for small businesses.
